Q. Is COD available?
No, we do not provide Cash On Delivery service.

 

Q. Must i create an account in 7memoriesfashion ?
It is necessary to become a member of 7memoriesfashion. You stand to enjoy features which gives you control over your data that is stored with us to personalize and expedite your shopping experience. You can manage your personal preference by editing personal/billing information, modify shipping info and save shipping addresses for friends, family or alternate addresses. Besides that, you can view your order history, track current order and check the status of your orders as and whenever you like.

Not to forget, members will receive exclusive promotions & discounts for members only!

 

Q. What are the types of delivery services that you provide?
We are using Poslaju as our primary delivery service.

 

Q. Can I place order via email or facebook?
We will highly recommend that you would go to our official site @ www.7memoriesfashion.com to shop what you like!

 

Q. Can I amend my order after I have made payment?
You may contact us at Live Chat within 12 hours of payment to make an amendment to your order and we will endeavour to meet your request to the best of our ability. However, do understand that we aim to fulfill and deliver our orders promptly. Nonetheless, if an order has already been processed, you are not allow to amend it anymore.

 

Q. Why was my order cancelled?
Your order will be automatically cancelled if we do not receive any payment details from you within 2 days.

Q: Can I have cheaper price if i buy more?
No, we do not give you special discounts. But not to worry! We will provide a discount voucher for your next order.  Be sure to signup for our newsletter or check out our website often to catch for such goodies.

 

Q: What are pre-order items?
7memoriesfahion is a pre-ordering sanctuary. “Pre-order” option allows users to reserve items that the store does not have ready stock of. By pre-ordering items, you will be able to guarantee that you will be able to get that item within 10-14 working days.

Do note that pre-order items are subjected to availability from our supplier’s end at the time of order. In times when the manufacturer has ceased production for the product, or should the product be out of stock or unable to pass our Quality Control standards, you can opt to have the item exchanged or get a refund in the form of store credits you can use on your next purchase.

 

Payment Enquiries

Q. What kind of payments do you accept?
For local orders, we accept payment via internet banking or ATM transfer.

For international orders, we accept payment via paypal.

Do not forget to fill in the payment notification form once you have done to inform us.

 

Shipment Questionnaires

Q: I did not receive my parcel/How do i check my package status?
Do check your email often or login to our website to check your shipment status. You will usually get a tracking number after we have made the delivery to your place. You can track your package at our website too.

 

Q. How long will it take to get my pre-order items?
The estimated time of arrival to your doorstep is within 2 weeks/ 10-14 working days after payment made (working days refers to Malaysia business days, excluding weekends and public holidays). You can track your shipment in our website once your tracking code has been sent to you by us.
