Use of the Site constitutes agreement with these terms and conditions. 7memoriesfashion may, in its absolute discretion, modify or amend these terms and conditions from time to time and those modifications or amendments will be binding on you once displayed on the Site.
Product Information
Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the Site are shown in Ringgit Malaysia. The prices displayed on the Site may change at any time. Items promoted on the Site are subject to availability and may change from time to time.
Colour
We will make every effort to display the colors for the clothing as accurate as possible that appears on the website. However, as the actual colours you will see depends on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. As stated clearly on the return policy, 7memoriesfashion will not refund/call back any products that is related to color change.
Sizing
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Measurements may vary between 3-5cm. Unless otherwise stated, measurements indicated are centimeters.
Product Care
By all means, we will take cautious care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mispublished including prices and promotions.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions:
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming the receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
7memoriesfashion reserves the right to refund the item which is out of stock during the duration of our processing period. However such case will only happen when all orders are final and are ready to be dispatched out.
Payment
Upon receiving your order, kindly bank in to the relevant bank account as given in the checkout system. Once done, please fill up the payment notification form to notify us to check on your payment. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods and a confirmation email has been dispatched and you, the amount paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
All orders shall be voided if 7memoriesfashion did not receive any payment after the confirmation order when time frame of pre-ordering ends.
ORDER POLICY
Order Policy
1. All goods in this shop are pre-order stocks.
2. The price shown is fixed and non-negotiable.
3. The price shown does not include Shipping Fee.
4. You must study the measurement of every good precisely before placing an order. (All goods sold are not exchangable or refundable.)
5. You must fill up the Payment Notification form once the payment is remitted.
6. You cannot change your order items once the payment is confirmed.
7. You will receive goods around 10-14 working days* after the payment is confirmed.
8. You can replace with other goods (Have to wait another 10-14 working days), save balance into your account or request for full refund if any ordered good is out of stock.
* This estimation time is calculated based on overall successful deals from our previous customers, you might receive the parcel late due to custom checking, out of stock issue or late delivery by the courier company too. Your understanding is highly appreciated.
